Mission Statement 1. To provide optimal care and services to children, disabled, destitute, and the deprived communities at no cost. Vision Statement Our vision is a country where everyone has a quality, accessible, and affordable health care services and create a better everyday life for the people we served. Mission Statement 2. To save lives by providing medical assistance to low income, hard-to-reach communities. We do this through donation, advocacy and research.

Purposes

1. As a nonprofit health organization, we provide help for local and hard-to-reach communities in the forms of medical assistance and empower health workers with the necessary equipment.

4. To offer educational support and career options for colleagues interested in the healthcare service.

2. To connect low -income families with basic social amenities that can benefit their overall health and well-being.

5. To raise awareness and educate the public on communicable and non-communicable diseases. Empower communities to make healthier behaviors that health to reduce health related problems

3. The work with other local and international organizations in providing quality and affordable health care service for Sierra Leoneans.

6. Work with the government to curb drug abuse and provide rehabilitation and reintegration services

7. To advocate and respond to community health needs and challenges.

8. To work with stakeholders to addressing health disparity, inequalities and socioeconomic problems.

9. Provide support during natural disasters and disease epidemics.

10. Work with the national body to implement health projects

MISSION STATEMENT

The Association has been established in order to assist in the advancement of Siera Leone Association of Community Health Officers in the Diaspora (SLACHO DIASPORA) through the united efforts of its members as well as to foster the continued cordial relations and camaraderie of the SLACHO Members. The Association seeks to generate and maintain the active interest of all members in its regular business.
